Abstract
Numeroase cercetări şi studii recunosc importanţa feedback-ului în procesul de evaluare, îndeosebi în formarea abilităţilor de autoevaluare la elevi. Funcţionalitatea
feedback-ului este determinată de calitatea sa motivaţională, stimulativă şi corectivă. În acest mod, el ameliorează procesul de autoevaluare. Fiind ghidat de către profesor, el
evul judecă asupra propriei activităţi pentru a-şi îmbunătăţi performanţa, identifică discrepanţele dintre performanţa actuală şi cea dorită. Autoevaluarea este dirijată de către profesor prin oferirea unui feedback eficient. Profesorul susţine elevii pe tot
parcursul procesului de autoevaluare, de la stabilirea criteriilor de evaluare şi a
strategiilor de învăţare până la furnizarea feedback-ului.
Numerous research and studies recognize the importa nce of feedback in the assessment process, especial ly in educating self-assessment skills in students. The functionality of the feedback is determined by its motivational, stimulating and corrective quality, and thus it improves the self-assessment process. Being guided by the teacher, the student evaluates his own activity in order to improve performance and identifies the discrepancies between current and desired performance. Self-asses- sment is guided by the teacher by providing effective feedback. The teacher supports the students throughout the self-assessment process, from the setting of evaluation criteria to the provision of feedback based on set criteria and learning strategies.
