Abstract

În Republica Moldova, fiecare copil, conform legislației în vigoare, are dreptul la protecție, aceasta vizând diverse segmente ale creșterii și educării lui. Totuși, copiii pot avea un statut special în dependență de anumite circumstanțe care îl plasează, sau cel puțin ar trebui să îl plaseze sub o protecție specială susceptibilă de suport din partea statului, și care trebuie să fie specială nu doar prin statutul avut, ci și prin măsurile aplicate și acțiunile întreprinse în vederea fie eliminării premiselor care au condus la o astfel de situație, fie la ameliorarea unei stări deja existente și imposibil de a fi corijată.En République de Moldova, tout enfant a droit, en vertu de la législation en vigueur, à une protection couvrant divers aspects de son éducation. Children are recognized as most vulnerable and should therefore be in the forefront of the government policies and research - and yet they still are not.This article is about the principles rights of protecting children and young people at risk and children separated from their parents since both authorities and school in our country are far from being inclusive and sensitive to the fundamental needs of the children. Thus, the article sets out the essence of the principles included by the legislator in the special legislation, and to a particular extent, it represents a criticism of the discrepancy between practice and the ,,theory” of the legislator
