Articolul expune aspectele răspunderii juridice civile pentru acţiunile de concurenţă neloială, dar reflectă şi rolul răspunderii în prevenirea şi contracararea acestora. Autorul susţine că anume încetarea acţiunii ilicite este cea mai importantă acţiune, deoarece încetarea atingerii ilegale aduse intereselor comerciale este mai semnificativă decât recuperarea prejudiciului cauzat.
