Abstract

Evoluția politico-juridică a comunității umane a dus la schimbari majore cu privire la organizarea etatică a societății. În urmă acestor transformări ale societății contemporane, popoarele au simțit nevoia de a se organiza în entități;astfel,aceste entități au ajuns să fie independente și suverane. De-a lungul timpului doctrina a încercat să stabiliească cine este titularul suveranității și cine sunt cei care o exercită.În cele din urmă, s-a stabilit că unicul deținător al acesteia este poporul. Practica contemporană a dat naștere la mecanisme politico-juridice care ar putea face legătura dintre reprezentarea voinței poporului și suveranitatea națională.The politico-judicial evolution of the human comunity has led to major changes to the organisational state of society. Following these transformations, larger communities who had stronger embedded indentities amonst their people have manifested their need of forming an organisational entity as independent and sovereign. It has been well observed that over time, there were many attempts at establishing a certain entitlement to these sovereignties and who would be their executives, those attempts led to the assignment of the people as being the exercisers of their sovereign and independent entities. Contemporary practice gave birth to new types of politico-judicial mechanisms to implement and sustain this exercise in sovereignty, where the will of the people would be accurately represented.
