Abstract

The course unit "Managerial Diagnosis of a Company I" is intended for first-cycle students (bachelor's degree) in the "Business and Administration" study programme, with the main objective of developing the skills necessary for analysing and evaluating the performance of organisations from a strategic management perspective. The course focuses on identifying and understanding the main components of company management, with the aim of diagnosing its current situation and developing viable solutions for improving organisational performance. Students will learn to analyse the structure and functioning of an organisation from a financial and managerial point of view, integrating both tangible and intangible elements. At the same time, the course aims to understand how financial health influences economic performance and long-term sustainability.
