Abstract

The postoperative rehabilitation of the conservatively treated knee involves a carefully structured physiotherapeutic plan, aimed at restoring muscular balance, optimizing joint stability, and reestablishing neuromotor control. In recent decades, interventions based on progressive therapeutic exercises, neuroproprioceptive facilitation, myofascial techniques, and stabilization training have demonstrated increased effectiveness in accelerating recovery and preventing relapses. The personalization of the physiotherapy program, according to the type of surgical intervention, the stage of tissue healing, and the patient’s functional objectives, represents a central element in achieving optimal outcomes. This article analyzes the most recent innovative approaches used in postoperative physiotherapy for the conservatively treated knee, focusing on the integration of modern techniques, progress monitoring, and individualized adaptation of the therapeutic plan.
