Abstract
The present article will analyze the scientific approach to the field of readmission of persons in situations of illegal residence within the national research system of the Republic of Moldova. The scientific analysis is based on specialized literature and normative acts specific to the field of migration. This analysis addresses the existing issues related to readmission within the national research system. Finally, the article highlights the importance of addressing visa policy and readmission policy in the context of the Republic of Moldova's aspiration to join the European Union.
