Abstract

At first glance, the definition of subjective civil right should not create any difficulties. There are already formulated more or less usual definitions and it seems that the problem of defining subjective civil rights is overcome. In reality, however, an analysis of subjective civil right, undertaken in order to define it, highlights a series of controversies and unresolved issues. The present work represents an attempt to define the concept of subjective civil right through the prism of content and interest aspects.
