Abstract

Many issues that appear in family life between its members, not been settled by law rule, are left at subjects discretion. And, if earlier, traditions, customs and moral rules of the society served together with in force legislation, as a foundation for behavior, today this pillar of the society is wobbling. Humans has changed and wants justice to give a solution for each life situation, what is impossible. Law technics of relationships settling between humans formed during centuries, society morals were partially transformed in law rules, that have as a purpose to satisfy each individual, family and state needs. For a harmonious development and growing of strong generations, contemporary society needs to get back and realize his rights and fulfil his obligations in good-faith manner, according to good morals and mankind values. Compliance not only with laws by each individual, but also with traditions, mankind values, can make possible a harmonious life for any society.
