Abstract
The protection of fundamental rights in the context of globalization represents an essential challenge for contemporary public law, which includes several categories of rights such as: civil, political, economic, social and cultural which constitute the pillars of democracy and the rule of law. The evolution of globalization has facilitated the expansion of fundamental rights at the international level which has generated significant challenges, such as the erosion of national sovereignties and the growth of economic inequalities. Public law aims to regulate the relations between the state and the citizen, at the same time it ensures the protection of these rights in a complex environment, and the basic principles, such as equality before the law, legality and transparency, are essential for maintaining the rule of law and protecting fundamental rights in the face of external influences. In this context, the interaction between public law and other branches of law becomes crucial to ensure that fundamental rights are respected and protected effectively and fairly.
