Abstract

The chosen topic is intended to analyze the business contract, which is one of the most widespread and frequently used in obligatory relations in civil law. One of the key instruments of civil law regulation is the contract, with the help of which the subjects of civil affairs can freely and unhinderedly enter into significant legal relations. Research methods: logical method, method of analysis of normative legal acts (analysis of not only domestic national legislation, but also foreign legislation), comparative legal analysis, method of legal modeling. Contractual relationships, despite a certain complexity, still remain among the most used in everyday life. A clear and detailed examination of the elements of the contract confirmed that the essential clauses of the contract are the subject matter, the term of execution and the price.
