Abstract

Financial violence is under-research. However it is often committed, along with psychological, economic, physical violence. In the generalized way, it manifests itself through abuse in the financial sphere, material limitation, excessive power, control over financial resources, personal materials, that belong to someone else. Consequences and social danger being imminent, high. Not being provided for by the national legislative, this illegal and cumulative act cannot attract the sanction.
