Abstract
Agricultura este o ramură principală a economiei Republicii Moldova, de care este dependentă bunăstarea oamenilor, dar care este sub o amenințare constantă datorită condițiilor meteorologice variabile, cât și a dăunătorilor. Principala armă împotriva dăunătorilor rămân a fi pesticidele chimice, dar o alternativă ecologică pentru rezolvarea acestei probleme sunt preparatele microbiene, care sunt folosite ca metode de control biologic. Unul dintre cei mai buni agenți biologici folosiți în prezent în agricultură sunt micromicetele din genul Trichoderma. Aceste micromicete sunt eficiente împotriva unei game largi de agenți fitopatogeni și sunt folosite ca biofungicid, precum și ca biofertilizant, dar și ca stimulatori ai productivității plantelor. Cercetările noastre au demonstrat de asemenea că tulpina Trichoderma atrobruneum CNMN FD 25 posedă proprietăți antimicrobiene semniticative și ar putea fi utilizată în calitate de biocontrol al plantelor agricole.
Agriculture is the main branch of the Republic of Moldova, on which the well-being of people depends, but which is under constant threat due to variable weather conditions, as well as pests. The main weapon against pests remains chemical pesticides, but an environmentally friendly alternative to solving this problem are microbial preparations, which are used as methods of biological control. One of the best biological agents currently used in agriculture are micromycets of the genus Trichoderma. These micromycetes are effective against a wide range of phytopathogenic agents and are used as a biofungicide, as well as a biofertilizer, but also as stimulants of plant productivity. Our research has also demonstrated that the Trichoderma atrobruneum CNMN FD 25 strain possesses significant antimicrobial properties and could be used as biocontrol of agricultural plants.
