"NORMELE ORTOGRAFICE ȘI DE PUNCTUAȚIE ALE LIMBII MOLDOVENEȘTI” DIN 1967: APLICAREA ACESTORA ÎN MANUALELE ȘCOLARE ALE TIMPULUI

Abstract

Gramatica intitulată Normele ortografice și de punctuație ale limbii moldovenești, editată în 1967 la Chișinău, este un rezultat al implementării Hotărârii nr. 201 despre introducerea literei „ӂ” (gi) în alfabetul limbii moldovenești (17 mai 1967), pentru redarea mai exactă a sunetului ,,dj”. Elaborarea acestei hotărâri, precum și introducerea semnului grafic nou este o repercusiune a Congresului al III-lea al Uniunii Scriitorilor din octombrie 1965, când s-a cerut revenirea la grafia latină, astfel, formându-se premisele unor noi evenimente de trezire a conștiinței naționale în Basarabia. Prin urmare, în studiul de față, cercetăm gradul de implementare a noilor norme ortografice și ortoepice în manualele școlare din acea perioadă și reflectarea evenimentelor socio-politice în conținutul acestora. The grammar entitled Normele ortografice și de punctuație ale limbii moldovenești, edited in 1967 in Chișinău, is a result of the implementation of Decision no. 201 on the introduction of the letter ,,ӂ” (gi) in the alphabet of the Moldovan language (May 17, 1967), for ,a more accurate rendering of the sound ,,dj”. The elaboration of this decision, as well as the introduction of the new graphic sign, is a repercussion of the 3rd Congress of the Union of Writers from October 1965, when it was requested to return to the Latin script, thus forming the premises for new events to awaken national consciousness in Bessarabia. Therefore, in the present study, we investigate the degree of implementation of the new orthographic and orthoepic norms in the school textbooks of that period and the reflection of socio-political events in their content.
