Abstract
Achieving the right to work by people with disabilities is one of the basic elements that conditions the social inclusion of these categories of people. The option to work or not to work, to choose the place of work and the profession is a universal one, also applying to people with disabilities. Limiting the right to work of people with disabilities can only be done by the competent bodies in order to protect them and not expose them to dangerous working conditions.
