Abstract
The economic press has gained momentum in recent years. The resources of publications with an economic profile are very important for the informational “maintenance” of a small but loyal audience. In the national media space, the offer of economic publications is not very varied, most of which are obviously concentrated in the capital. By initiating this scientific approach, we aim to establish and evaluate the development trends of the economic press in the Republic of Moldova, to trace the peculiarities of the economic press in the printed format, but especially in the online format, to analyze the types of themes of the economic press and contextualize the specificities of economic media in the era of the expansion of digital technologies. For this purpose, the object of the analysis will be an economic magazine, the analysis period includes 4 months, and the research methods used are observation, explanation, content analysis and correlational study . The main results: reduction in the number of commercial publications, strengthening of the information base to satisfy the needs of entrepreneurs, when preparing materials, they pay great attention to the analytical aspect, risk prevention and the development of forecasts on the development of the retail market and the legislative field.
