ПРОБЛЕМА ВСТУПЛЕНИЯ В ЕС БАЛКАНСКИХ СТРАН В КОНТЕКСТЕ ЦЕННОСТНОЙ МОДЕЛИ ЕВРОПЕЙСКОГО СОЮЗА

Abstract

Автор рассматривает аксиологические, идейные и психологические аспекты присоединения постсоциалистических стран к ЕС, а также анализирует конкретные внешнеполитические проблемы, связанные с этим процессом, и роль региональных международных организаций в «европеизации» Балкан и в урегулировании все еще сохраняющих остроту этнических и межгосударственных конфликтов в регионе. Негативные тенденции, прежде всего усиление популистских настроений и приход к власти отражающих эти настроения политиков, представляют собой угрозу для Евросоюза.The author examines some axiological, ideological and psychological aspects of the accession of post-socialist countries to the EU, as well as analyses specific foreign policy problems associated with this process and the role of regional international organisations in the "Europeanisation" of the Balkans and in the settlement of ethnic and interstate conflicts in the region, which are still acute. Negative trends, primarily the strengthening of populist sentiments and the rise to power of politicians reflecting these sentiments, pose a threat to the European Union.
