CARACTERISTICĂ GENERALĂ A INFRACȚIUNILOR CONTRA LIBERTĂȚII ȘI INTEGRITĂȚII SEXUALE CONFORM LEGISLAȚIEI ROMÂNIEI

Abstract

Sexual ofenses are one of the most negative looked upon deeds, after ofenses against humanity. The colective mentality and societies preconceptions, firmly condemn such deeds, even when age or other circumstances don’t result in a criminal liability. The social notoriety of sexual ofenses and their firm dismisal at the level of society have determined the legislator to impose extremely harsh sentences, in some agravating circumtances, close to the ones for murder.
