STILURILE DE GÂNDIRE – CONŢINUTUL ŞI FUNCŢIA LOR PRAGMATICĂ

Abstract

În lucrarea de față propunem spre analiză problema stilurilor de gândire şi acţiune, considerată în ultima vreme ca fiind o modalitate practică de optimizare a activităţii profesionale. Cercetările de până acum au fost orientate cu precădere în direcţia evidenţierii potenţialităţilor psihologice şi mai puţin în direcţia reliefării stilurilor propriu-zise de gândire şi acţiune umană. Prin conceptele abordate, vom căuta să subliniem semnificaţia noţiunii de „stil”, varietatea şi eficacitatea stilurilor de gândire cât şi elementele care contribuie în mod direct la apariţia stilului. Conţinutul unui anume stil de gândire nu se constituie doar întrun factor exterior, înzestrat cu o valoare estetică ci, implicit, exercită o anumită influenţă asupra eficacităţii acţiunilor omului. Vorbind de stilul propriu, putem spune că „stilul este omul însuşi”. Aspectul individual se caracterizează nu atât prin trăsături comune ale stilurilor profesionale din domenii diverse de activitate socială, cât mai ales, prin contribuţia individului concret care îşi desfăşoară activitatea în acest domeniu, potrivit maximei „omul sfinţeşte locul”.In this paper we propose for analysis the problem of thinking and action styles, considered lately as a practical way to optimize professional activity. The researches so far have been oriented mainly in the direction of highlighting the psychological potentialities and less in the direction of highlighting the actual styles of human thinking and action. Through the approached concepts, we will seek to emphasize the meaning of the notion of „style”, the variety and effectiveness of thinking styles as well as the elements that directly contribute to the emergence of style. The content of a certain style of thinking is not only an external factor, endowed with an aesthetic value but, implicitly, exerts a certain influence on the effectiveness of human actions. Speaking of one’s own style, we can say that „style is man himself”. The individual aspect is characterized, not so much by common features of professional styles in various fields of social activity, but especially by the contribution of the concrete individual who carries out his activity in this field, according to the maxim „man sanctifies the place”.
