Abstract

Baza expertizei psihologo-judiciare este constituită din activitatea de psihodiagnostic al expertului. Necesitatea utilizării cunoștințelor psihologice speciale bazate pe orientarea sistemică apare la organele de urmărire juridică anume atunci când nu au posibilitatea să obțină cu ajutorul mijloacelor din dotare date obiective referitor la particularitățile psihice ale activității persoanei cercetate. Aceste date pot fi obținute doar în rezultatul cercetării psihodiagnostice desfășurate de către un psiholog profesionist.The basis of the psychological-judicial expertise is constituted by the psychodiagnostic activity of the expert. The need for the use of special psychological knowledge based on systemic orientation arises at the legal investigation bodies, specifically when they do not have the opportunity with the help of the equipment provided to obtain objective data regarding the psychological peculiarities of the activity of the person under investigation. These data can be obtained only as a result of psychodiagnostic research, conducted by a professional psychologist.
