APLICAREA PRINCIPIULUI LOCUS REGIT ACTUM ÎN DREPTUL CONFLICTUAL AL REPUBLICII MOLDOVA PRIVITOR LA FORMA ACTELOR JURIDICE

Abstract

În prezenta lucrare sunt analizate modalităţile de aplicare a principiului locus regit actum în dreptul conflictual al Republicii Moldova privitor la forma exterioară a actelor juridice, în general, şi a contractelor, în special, cu referire la reglementările prevăzute în art.1609 şi 1613 din Codul civil, caracterul normelor conflictuale în această materie şi excep- ţiile de la competenţa legii locului încheierii actului juridicThis work analyzes the possibilities of applying the Locus Regit Actumprinciple in Republic of Moldova law conflict. The exterior form of the legal acts in general and the contracts in special, referring to the settlements provided in the art.1609 and 1613 of the Civil code. The character of the conflicting rules in this matter and the exceptions from the competence of the law of the place conclusion of the legal act.
