Abstract

This article studies every ones right to live in a healthy environment, an environment that should give him the possibility to a physical and psychic prosperous development. The study brings in evidence the role and the great importance of a healthy environment on the quality of life, physical and psychic integrity of the individual. It studies the environmental protection problems in the process of implementation of the fundamental right to life, to physical and psychic integrity; some negative aspects of man’s influence on the environment as some of the negative influences of the polluted environment on the quality of life and man’s health.
