Автор анализирует основания прекращения индивидуального трудового договора по обстоятельствам, не за- висящим от воли сторон (работодателя и работника), и обращает внимание на противоречивые нормы и пробелы, которые следует устранить законодателю.Author analyses the grounds of stopping of individual labour contract on circumstances not depending on will of parties (employer and worker), and pays attention to contradictory norms and blanks that it is necessary to remove to the legislator.Autorul analizează motivele încetării contractului individual de muncă în circumstanţele ce nu ţin de voinţa părţilor (angajator şi angajat) şi atrage atenţia asupra normelor şi lacunelor contradictorii care ar trebui eliminate de către legiuitor.
