Realizarea conceptului favor defensionis în procesul penal al Republicii Moldova

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the research of the concept favor defensionis through the prism of its need, role, content and place, following the scientific presentation of this desired, to the deepening of knowledge in the field and to the formulation of some recommendations and proposals for the improvement of the normative framework, in order to highlight the modalities of its realization within the domestic criminal process.
