FACTORI CORUPTIBILI ASOCIAȚI CU PRACTICILE DE ANGAJARE ÎN ENTITĂȚILE DE INTERES PUBLIC DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

The paper reveals the corruptible factors associated with the systems of occupying management positions within public interest entities and the nomination of members of councils and censors' commissions. The lack a set of unique requirements for the selection and appointment of directors, use of interim vacant management positions, the „legislative silences„ about the nomination of board members and censors' commissions, expose the entities to increased risks of fraud and corruption, and their materialization would be a result of ignoring non-repressive preventive measures.
