Abstract

Prezentul articol constituie un studiu dedicat reformelor administrative din diverse state. Scopul articolului este de a analiza factorii de bază ce determină necesitatea efectuării acestor reforme. La fel, sunt examinate scopurile şi tipurile reformelor administrative. Este descrisă esenţa reformelor administrative funcţionale, procedurale şi structurale.This article is a study on administrative reforms in various countries. The purpose of this article is to analyze the main factors that determine the necessity of these reforms. In addition, purposes and types of administrative reforms are examined. The essence of functional, procedural and structural reforms is described.
