Abstract

The act of justice implementation as a fundamental form of public activity concerning the examination and solution of cases with the aid of the judge is a complex act. In this respect, the present communication has the goal to identify the ceremonial-ritual nature of the level of the central entity, participant in the act of justice implementation – commissioning the judge in the post –the modes this ritual is legally institutionalized and consecrated.
