EVOLUȚIA REGLEMENTĂRILOR ACORDURILOR ANTICONCURENȚIALE

Abstract

Reglementarea și limitarea acordurilor anticoncurențiale nu sunt cunoscute doar statelor contemporane. Reglementări și prohibiții ale acordurilor anticoncurențiale sunt cunoscute încă din anul 18 î.Hr. Reglementările au evoluat în timp și au existat abordări diferite: de la neinterzicerea acordurilor anticoncurențiale – perioada breslelor, la interzicerea absolută a acestora – Legea lui Sherman, 1890, SUA.Regulation and limitation of anticompetitive agreements are not known only to contemporary states. Regulations and prohibitions of anticompetitive agreements are known since 18 a.Ch. Regulations have evolved over time and they had have different approaches: from non-prohibiting anticompetitive agreements – during of guilds, to the absolute prohibition of them - Sherman Antitrust Act, 1890, USA.
