Abstract

Marriage contract regulated by present Family code, being a new institution for our national legislation, arise a lot of interpretations that should be cleared by doctrine. This publication is trying to determine juridical nature of marriage contract, aiming to make easier practical application of norms of the Family code and Civil code.
