SPECIFICUL ADMITERII ÎN ACTIVITATEA NOTARIALĂ ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA ŞI ALTE ŢĂRI

Abstract

This article analyze the specific of receiving the license in notary activity in the Republic of Moldova and other countries. It is focused on the statute of the notary candidate, the positive and the negative legislative provisions in different countries. The author wanted to show the legislative regulations of obtaining the notary license in different countries from different systems of law. In the same time it was settled the conditions for fulfilling the notary internship of the candidate and the exams necessary to take the notary license.Данная статья анализирует специфику получения лицензии на нотариальную деятельность в Республике Молдова и других странах. Определяет статут стажера на должность нотариуса, позитивные и негативные аспекты законодательства в силе в разных странах. Автор проанализировал законодательные основы о получение лицензии нотариусов в разных странах из разных систем право. А так же были перечислены условия прохождения стажировки и квалификационных экзаменов для получения лицензии будущих нотариусов.
