LIMITAREA DREPTULUI LIBERTĂȚII OPINIEI ȘI A EXPRIMĂRII ÎN CONTEXTUL ÎMPLINIRII 100 ANI DE LA ADOPTAREA CONSTITUȚIEI ROMÂNIEI 1923

Abstract

The Romanian Constitution of 1923 adopted as a result of the historical events since then the unification of several regions in a unitary state based on rules or norms from the constitutional law of 1866 over 60% establish the rules according to which the society is lead by someone even if it is for a certain period of time. If we are examine the word constitution, then we will have to support what was the reason for the name it belongs, and here we refer to the fact that the law was adopted as a result of certain events that the state or the people went through when it was formed as a state. Romania’s constitution was subject to changes and even the adoption of new laws as a result of the historical period through which the society passed, so every socio-political change in the state was followed by the modification of a new constitution due to some changeable events for the Romanian people.
