DEZVOLTAREA GONADELOR LA FEMELELE BIBANULUI COMUN PERCA FLUVIATILIS DIN NISTRUL INFERIOR ÎN PERIOADA VEGETATIVĂ

Abstract

În lucrarea de față sunt prezentate rezultatele științifice cu privire la particularitățile ovogenezei bibanului comun din sectorul inferior al fluviului Nistru. La specia menționată dezvoltarea oocitelor poartă un caracter sincron, ceea ce determină un mod unitar de depunere a icrelor. S-au stabilit deosebiri în caracterul dezvoltării oocitelor la reproducătorii de diferite dimensiuni, ceea ce indică la depunerea mai timpurie a icrelor de către reproducătorii de biban din grupele gravimetrice mai mici. La femelele de șapte ani cu ovare în stadiile de dezvoltare II și II-III s-a constatat resorbția oocitelor în faza creșterii protoplasmatice și în fazele inițiale de vacuolozare a citoplasmei, ceea ce indică la atenuarea funcției reproductive în grupele superioare de vârstă. În luna mai a fost capturat un individ de biban hermafrodit cu o dezvoltare anormală a celulelor germinale.The present paper presents the scientific results regarding the particularities of the oogenesis of the common perch in the lower sector of the Dniester river. In the mentioned species, the development of the oocytes is synchronous, which determines a unitary mode of spawning. Differences in the character of oocyte development were established in breeders of different sizes, indicating earlier spawning by breeders of perch in smaller gravimetric groups. In seven- year-old females with ovaries in developmental stages II and II-III, resorption of oocytes was found in the phase of protoplasmic growth and in the initial phases of vacuolation of the cytoplasm, which indicates the attenuation of reproductive function in higher age groups. In May, an individual hermaphrodite perch with an abnormal development of germ cells was captured.
