Abstract
In this article, it was analyzed the subject of the prosecutor, considered as the com-
petent authority, near with the court, the administrative commission and the ascertai-
ning agent, to solve the contravention case, contributing in this way to the respect of
human rights.
For the realization of this article were used materials such as Contravention Code of
the Republic of Moldova, various articles mentioned in the bibliography of this text and
also books of contravention law.
