Abstract

Исследование причин , побуждающих менеджеров заключать все больше и больше сделок M&A в условиях высокого риска неудачи , является объектом ногочисленных научных работ . В данной статье рассмотрены различные мотивационные факторы для слияния и поглощения компаний на фармацевтическом рынке . Приведены различные мнения относительно мотивов слияний и поглощений (mergers and acquisitions - M&A) и их классификации . Обзор научных работ позволил авторам выделить четыре основных мотива для слияния и поглощения фармацевтических и биотехнологических компаний .Investigation of the causes is encouraging managers to enter into more and more mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals in conditions of high risk of failure, is the subject of numerous scientific actions.
