Abstract

Organizarea judecătorească în toate timpurile a constituit un factor important pentru societate, fiindcă este un domeniu unde sunt implicate concomitent toate păturile sociale. Din aceste considerente, chiar și Constantin Mavrocordat a atras o atenție deosebită anume organizării judecătorești pe parcursul efectuării reformelor. Tocmai în acea perioadă au început să se implementeze primele principii democratice în domeniul justiției.The judicial organization in all times constituted an important factor for the society because it is a field in which are involved all the social strata. Because of this even Constantin Mavrocordat paid a special attention to the judicial organization during the period of reforms implementation. Namely in that period there began to be mplemented the first democratic principles in the field of justice.
