IMPACTUL SANO- ȘI DISSANOGEN AL DIETEI ASUPRA HOMEOSTAZIEI MICROBIOTEI INTESTINALE ȘI RELAȚIA ACESTEIA CU METABOLISMUL AMINOACIZILOR
(CEP USM, 2024) Leorda, Ana; Garaeva, Svetlana; Tolstenco, Dorina
Despite extensive scientific evidence supporting the relationship between dietary factors and gut microbiota composition and function, the underlying mechanisms and their potential impact are far from clear. Thus, the paper aim is to elucidate the components of the diet with a sanogenic and dissanogenic impact on the intestinal microbiota and its relationship with amino acid metabolism. Food intake has an indisputable impact on the development of the intestinal microbiota. The individual intestinal microbiota, while remaining relatively stable in a healthy organism, can vary qualitatively and quantitatively under of internal and external factors influence. The diet protein component targeted modification can regulate the functioning of microbial populations, which determines the sanogenicity of the body’s homeostasis.

Rolul aminoacizilor liberi în funcționalitatea sanogenă a sistemului imunitar
(Editura USM, 2024) Garaeva, Svetlana; Postolati, Galina; Poleacova, Lilia
The immune system, in connection with its functional tasks, is key in protecting the body from pathogenic external and internal factors. The formation of sanogenic homeostasis of the immune system depends on the intake of immunoactive amino acids into the body and the content in the blood, among which dicarboxylic amino acids are of greatest importance. An analysis of the literature allows us to conclude that the maintenance of sanogenic immunity is regulated by the level of intake of proteinogenic, primarily essential, amino acids into the body. The most significant for maintaining sanogenic homeostasis of the immune system are aromatic, branched-chain and sulfur-containing amino acids.

Роль свободных аминокислот в поддержании саногенного гомеостаза сердечно-сосудистой системы
    (Editura USM, 2024) Гараева, С.Н.; Постолати, Г.В.; Чокинэ, В.К.
The article reviews the scientific literature on the impact of free amino acids on the healthogenicity of the cardiovascular system and against the development of many pathologies of the heart. It describes the influence of amino acids and amino acid groups on myocardial structure, metabolism, bioenergetics, myocardial bioenergetics, functionality.
