    INFLUENŢA SPIRULINEI PLATENSIS CRESCUTE PE APE REZIDUALE ASUPRA INDICILOR HEMATOLOGICI ÎN DIABETUL EXPERIMENTAL

    In present article are described investigation done on theme mentioned above. The alga administration as supplementare contribute to decreasing of glucose, increasing of erythrocytes, and maintaining of the same level of blood sedimenttation speed in comparison with control. In the case of administration in the present of diabetes were observed the decreasing of glucose level in blood, decreasing of blood sedimentation speed level and increasing of erythrocytes level and also of haemoglobin. In such way we can affirm that Spirulina biomass grown on waste waters from live-stock are influenced positively in both cases: in case of administration as supplement and also in case of diabetes.

    The given article presents information about the use of Spirulina platensis biomass (NORDST.) GEITL reared poultrycomplexes from waste waters as nutritional supplement in broilers Spirulina administration increases the waste water asa supplement in chicken broiler nutrition, contributes to increase sustainability, increases body weight by 10/15% of control,determines growth of internal organ weights 27-40%, favorites the state of the haematological indices of the blood.

    UTILIZAREA APELOR REZIDUALE DE LA COMPLEXELE ZOOTEHNICE LA CULTIVAREA INDUSTRIALĂ A ALGEI Spirulina platensis (NORDST.) GEITL.

    The results of effectuated experiments are demonstrating that the residual waters of animals growing farms can be used in the quality of nutritive medium in the aim of algae biomass obtaining with reduced prime cost in comparison with biomass grow on mineral mediums. From two types of residual waters used in the quality of nutritive medium for Spirulina cultivation the most favorable are that of cows farms in concentration up to 10% when alga’s biomass increases its value from the mineral medium.

    UTILIZAREA APELOR REZIDUALE DE LA COMPLEXELE ZOOTEHNICE ÎN SCOPUL OBŢINERII BIOMASEI FURAJERE

    Dans cet article on présente les résultats de la culture d’une des espèces des plantes aquatiques (Lemna trisulca, L. minor et Myriophyllum spicatum) dans le milieu nutritif, enrichi avec des résidus des complexes d’élevage des poules. On constate que ces 3 espèces des plantes aquatiques supérieures élevées dans un milieu avec la concentration de jusqu’à 20-25%, ont une biomasse maximale dans les limites de 5-10%. Le dépassement de ces concentrations ne provoque pas le trépas des plantes mais retiens leur développement. Les expériences effectuées en condition de laboratoire et en bassins expérimentaux démontrent que toutes les plantes produisent une biomasse valeureuse qui est plus grande qu’en réservoirs naturels. La biomasse obtenue peut être utilisée en qualité de supplément nutritif pour les poules et d’engrais organiques pour faire augmenter la fertilité du sol; elle peut aussi être convertie en énergie thermique ou électrique.

    ALGALIZAREA APELOR REZIDUALE DE LA COMPLEXELE ZOOTEHNICE CA METODĂ BIOLOGICĂ DE AUTOEPURARE

    Dans notre article nous exposons les résultats de l’analyse de l’alcalisation des eaux résiduelles des complexes zootechniques dans le but de l’intensification du processus d’épuration biologique. Nous avons prouvé que l’ino-culation d’un consortium de microalgues (Oscillatoria brevis, Synechocystis salina, Cladophora fracta etc.) dans des eaux résiduelles contribue à la décontamination des dernières et à l’intensification du processus d’épuration biologique et d’obtention de la biomasse fourragère.

    CULTIVAREA ALGELOR CHLORELLA VULGARIS BEIJER, SYNECHOCYSTIS SALINA WISL., PHORMIDIUM FOVEOLARUM (MONT.) GOM. ŞI TRIBONEMA VIRIDE PASCH. PE MEDII CU ADAOS DE APE REZIDUALE ORĂŞENEŞTI

    Pentru cultivarea speciilor de alge (Chlorella vulgaris, Synechocystis salina, Phormidium foveolarum şi Tribonema viride) au fost utilizate mediile cu adaos de ape reziduale de la Staţia de Epurare Biologică, în concentraţii de la 1 la 50%. Pentru fiecare specie au fost stabilite concentraţiile optimale ale mediilor de cultivare. Cea mai înaltă cantitate de biomasă a fost obţinută după 10-15 zile de cultivare. Pentru specia Chlorella vulgaris cel mai favorabil s-a dovedit a fi mediul cu adaos de 5% (17,55 g/l), pentru Synechocystis salina mediul cu adaos de 20% (16,56 g/l), pentru Phormidium foveolarum – mediul cu adaos de 10% (3,36 g/l), iar pentru Tribonema viride – mediul cu adaos de 30% (2,10g/l)
