Abstract
For the cultivation of algae species (Chlorella vulgaris, Synechocysti s salina, Phormidium foveolarum and Tribonema viride ) were used media with added of wastewater from Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant in the range of 1 to 50%. For each species were set to its optimum cultivation media. The best results were obtained after 10-15 days of cultivation. The highest amount of biomass of the species Chlorella vulgaris was at the 5% medium (17.545 g/l), for the species Synechocystis salina peak was on average with 20% (16.556 g/l), Phormidium foveolarum–medium with added 10%(3.36 g/l), and for the species Tribonema viride–the 30% medium (2.1 g/l). Common to all species was the medium with added to 10% of the waste water, but the obtained results vary from case to case.
