Item STUDIUL INFLUENŢEI UNOR COMPUŞI COORDINATIVI AI Zn(II), Cr(III) ŞI Fe(III) ASUPRA PRODUCTIVITĂŢII ŞI CONŢINUTULUI UNOR SUBSTANŢE BIOACTIVE ALE DUNALIELEI LA CULTIVARE PE MEDIUL ORGANO-MINERAL ELABORAT ÎN BAZA LICHIDULUI CULTURAL AL SPIRULINEI(CEP USM, 2009) Bivol, CezaraGreen microalga Dunaliella salina is largely used in modern biotechnology due to the high content of some bioactive substances in its biomass, in special glycerol and β-carotene, and due to its high adaptation to unspecific, unfavorableculture conditions. Utilization of some coordinative compounds of metals such as Fe(III), Zn(II), Cr(III) manifests an positive effect on productivity and biochemical content of dunaliella. The highest content of carotenoids has beenobtained at dunaliella cultivation in the present of 10 mg/l[Zn(L-ser)2] and 30mg/l [Cr(Hssa)2]Cl•H2O, the highest content of glycerol – in the present of 1mg/l [Fe3O-Ala].Item PRODUCTIVITATEA ŞI COMPONENŢA BIOCHIMICĂ A MICROALGEI VERZI DUNALIELLA SALINA LA CULTIVARE PE LICHID CULTURAL AL SPIRULINEI SUPLIMENTAT CU NaCl, IONI DE NO3 2- ŞI SO4 2-(CEP USM, 2009) Bivol, CezaraThe study of productivity and biochemical properties of green microalga Dunaliella salina cultivated on the organicmineral medium produced on the base of the cultural liquid from Spirulina platensis, supplemented with NaCl, NO3- andSO42- ions are presented. The productivity is higher in the presence of the maximum concentration of NaCl-NO3-and NaCl-SO42- associations. The highest biochemical content has been obtained formaximum investigated concentrations–0,5 g/l NaNO3 and 0,75 g/l MgSO4·7H2 O. In the high concentrations NaCl can act as stimulating and inhibitoryfactor in dependence of concentrations of other ions.Item PARAMETRI MORFOLOGICI ŞI BIOCHIMICI AI MICROALGEI VERZI DUNALIELLA SALINA LA CULTIVARE PE MEDII MINERALE ŞI ORGANO-MINERALE(CEP USM, 2008) Bivol, CezaraThe study of morphological and biochemical properties of green microalgae Dunaliella salina cultivated on the mineral medium Ben-Amotz and on the medium on the base of the cultural liquid from Spirulina platensis produced are presented. The morphological properties of cellsare identical. The amino acids content is different, in special, the essential amino acids decrease with 8,81% when D.salina on the organo-mineral medium is cultivated.Item INFLUENŢA VALORII pH ASUPRA PRODUCTIVITĂŢII ŞI COMPONENŢEI BIOCHIMICE A MICROALGEI DUNALIELLA SALINA LA CULTIVARE PE LICHIDUL CULTURAL AL SPIRULINEI(CEP USM, 2007) Bivol, CezaraGreen microalgae Dunaliella salina is largely used in modern biotechnology due to its high content of some bioactive substances, in special glycerol and β-carotene. One of the key factors in the cultivation process of dunaliella is the pH level. Productivity and biochemical composition of Dunaliella salina cultivated on new nutritive medium – cultural liquid obtained at producing blue-green algae Spirulina platensis – have been studied. The value of pH – 8.5 during the cultivation has shown better results for these parameters, than the cultivation on spirulina cultural liquid with pH 10.Item STUDIUL UNOR PARAMETRI DE CULTIVARE A MICROALGEI VERZI DUNALIELLA SALINA LA CREŞTEREA PE LICHID CULTURAL REZULTAT DIN PRODUCEREA BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINĂ(CEP USM, 2007) Bivol, Cezara; Rudic, ValeriuAfter cultivating blue-green algae Spirulina platensis remains its cultural liquid actually becomes a biotechnological waste. This liquid contains important biologically active substances and might be used as culture medium for other microalgae. An appropriate representative is the green microalgae Dunaliella salina – a valuable source of β-carotene. The medium D. salina optimization has been carried out. The major cultural factors of influence (salinity, light intensity) on Dunaliella salina productivity have been determined.
