    Dezvoltarea sustenabilă a turismului în contextul procesului de aderare a Republicii Moldova la Uniunea Europeană

    În cadrul articolului sunt examinate 2 aspecte principale, care au lergătură cu procesul de aderare a Republicii Moldova la Uniunea Europeană (UE), și anume: liberalizarea prestării serviciilor turistice în spațiul European comun, exprimată prin prisma transpunerii Directivei 2006/123/CE a Parlamentului European și a Consiliului din 12 decembrie 2006 privind serviciile în cadrul pieței interne și cerințele față de informarea persoanelor, consumatori de servicii turistice, examinată prin prisma Directivei (UE) 2015 2302 a Parlamentului European și a Consiliului din 25 noiembrie 2015 privind pachetele de servicii de călătorie și serviciile de călătorie asociate, de modificare a egulamentului (CE) nr. 2006 2004 și a Directivei 2011 83 UE ale Parlamentului European și ale Consiliului și de abrogare a Directivei 90/314/CEE a Consiliului. În contextul Directivei 2006 123 CE a Parlamentului European și a Consiliului din 12 decembrie2006 privind serviciile în cadrul pieței interne vor fi examinate 2 categorii mari de prestatori de servicii turistice: structurile de primire turistică cu funcțiuni de cazare și entitățile care au drept scop de bază crearea și comercializarea pachetelor de servicii turistice: turoperatorii și agențiile de turism. De asemenea, va fi abordată tangențial și problema ghizilor de turism. Aspectele abordate în lucrare vin să concluzioneze că integrarea în piața unică europeană va oferi noi oportunități de dezvoltare a serviciilor turistice și de diversificare a ofertelor turistice, astfel, industria turistică din Republica Moldova va deveni mai sustenabilă, mai competitivă și mai vizibilă pe piața mare și puternică a spațiului European unic.

    Inclusive vector of labor market development as a component of economic sustainability

    The article is devoted to the substantiation of the importance of inclusiveness in the labor market in the current conditions of economic development. It substantiates that inclusiveness has become one of the main aspirations of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. However, social inclusion encompasses a broader set of concerns than those reflected in the Sustainable Development Goals. It is noted that promoting inclusion is not easy and requires concerted political efforts over time. The article is contained several definitions of «social inclusion», as well as features (elements) of inclusive labor market. There is contained an analysis of the main aspects of the EU policy on supporting the development of the labor market, in particular from the point of view of inclusiveness. Attention is drawn to the study of the priorities that should guide the preparatory work for sustainable growth (based on the Social Protection Committee Annual Report 2023). The study is provided a list of aspects securing labor market transitions and inclusive labor markets.
