Item ANALIZA ACTIVITĂȚII DE INOVARE A ÎNTREPRINDERILOR DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2022) Diaconu, TatianaAcest articol își propune ca scop analiza și evaluarea activității de inovare a întreprinderilor din Republica Moldova. În acest context, au fost utilizate datele Biroului Național de Statistică privind activitatea de inovare care au servit ca bază fundamentală pentru a aprecia eficiența activității întreprinderilor inovatoare. Analiza efectuată a evidențiat nivelul de inovare al entităților economice și implicit al întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii. De asemenea, cercetarea propiu zisă a scos în evidență o serie de probleme cu care se confruntă întreprinderile inovatoare, dar și unele puncte de reper pentru diferiți decidenți la diferite nivele de decizie, în scopul soluționării acestor probleme. Rezultatele studiului poate fi utilizat în elaborarea diferitor politici și strategii privind susținerea și dezoltarea întreprinderilor autohtone în procesul de inovare.Item ALTERNATIVE DE CREȘTERE A EFICACITĂȚII RECLAMEI VIZUALE(CEP USM, 2022-04-15) Cutcovschi, ValentinIn today's society, advertising plays a very important role and we cannot deny that it persists in all areas of our lives. With the development of information technology and the emergence of social networks, advertising has migrated to these platforms, occupying an important segment in the diversification of methods of delivering advertising messages, but the classic methods of advertising such as outdoor advertising, TV, radio did not have suffered because of it. Although advertising has always been necessary, its importance in the Republic of Moldova has increased significantly with the transition to a market economy. Having many forms, such as political advertising, social advertising, commercial advertising, business advertising, etc., we will refer to advertising that contributes to the development of entrepreneurship, marketing of goods and raising the prestige of the manufacturer, as well as that used as kind of activity.Item COMPETITIVITATEA ÎNTREPRINDERILOR MICI ȘI MIJLOCII INOVAȚIONALE DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2022-04-15) Raevskaia, IrinaEvery enterprise must be prepared to respond to the constant changes that are characteristic of the national economy. For efficiency and competitiveness, companies are required to use creative and innovative methods. The state with its own efforts, financial support from the European Union and other donors have created measures to support SMEs. The reality of the economy shows that businesses are more likely to survive and thrive when they create something new. According to the results of the study, the author concludes: 1) the implementation of PPP treaties into educational and research projects a necessary condition for the transition to a sustainable development model; 2) The systemic problem of the economic development of Moldova makes it difficult to implement PPP agreements in the field of science and education.Item ROLUL INOVAȚIILOR ÎN COMERȚUL INTERNATIONAL(CEP USM, 2020) Garștea, Sergiu; Gribincea, AlexandruThe article discusses the problems of applying innovative technologies in the modern trading of enterprises that are associated with changes in the activities of these organizations, which take place under the influence of the macro-environment. Such innovations cover the whole economic system, reflecting specifically in some of its branches and leading to an increase in the efficiency of its activity. The article also discusses the specific issues of innovation in wholesale and retail trade. Modern trends in economic development convincingly show the need to improve innovation, which opens up new opportunities for increasing competitiveness and modernizing the economic system. The innovation process, which covers the economic system as a whole, is specifically refracted in its individual branches. The commercial sector deserves special attention in this context. The main theoretical approaches related to the structure of the innovative potential of the economic entity and its infrastructure assistance system were also detailed. The aim of the research is to analyse and generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of the innovation potential and development of economic security of economic systems at the microeconomic level. The purpose of research is to study the theoretical foundations of innovation potential and its significance in the development of economic security economic systems of different levels. In this context, the macroeconomic approach of innovative potential argues that not all the resources that society intends to use for sustainable development will contribute to increasing the volume or improving the quality of final consumption.Item INOVAŢIILE ÎN COMERŢUL MODERN(CEP USM, 2013) Gribincea, Alexandru; Gherghina, Virgil; Colțea, Traian; Roșcăneanu, RaduPentru o afacere, inovarea este o pârghie pentru consolidarea poziţiei sale în raport cu concurenţii săi. Inovaţia contribuie la cucerirea noilor pieţe prin oferirea de produse sau servicii unice, pentru a îmbunătăţi performanţa şi a reduce costurile, a extinde sau a menţine clienţii sau a îmbunătăţi imaginea de brand. Printre afacerile cu personal angajat mai mic de zece, 41% se declară ca fiind aplicat inovarea în perioada anilor 2002-2004, acestea reprezentând un sfert din companiile inovatoare ale economiei franceze. Consideram ca cele mai comune inovaţii organizaţionale se referă la întreprinderile comerciale. Inovaţiile în marketing, în procesul de introducere pe piaţă sunt puse în aplicare de către aproximativ una din cinci întreprinderi. Inovaţiile ce ţin de livrare referitoare la conceptul de vânzare sunt rare în aceste companii studiate. Se presupune că se combină diferite tipuri de inovare. Considerăm că principalii factori care influenţează comportamentul de inovare sunt: mărimea companiei, apartenenţa la un grup sau reţea şi dimensiunea pieţei. Cu toate acestea, costul este considerat principalul obstacol. Cheltuielile de inovare sunt concentrate în comerţul cu ridicata, în special în echipamente profesionale.
