    One of the main objectives of crisis management at the enterprise is to anticipate and predict all adverse situations that may affect the business. It should be noted, however, that not all existing methods for forecasting the crisis expresses a vision, full of it, not all can be applied in the Republic of Moldova, respectively; they can’t provide the appropriate results. This makes it very current issue of choosing methods of forecasting the business crisis, methods that would allow in time to identify and understand all the factors, symptoms and causes that can bring enterprise economy in crisis.

    Forecasting bankruptcy or crisis of the company has always interested specialists in the field. However, given the situation of continue instability on both at national and internationally level, has made the problem of forecasting in business bankruptcy to become extremely actual at the moment for the Moldavian companies. In addition, another problem in this aspect is the choice of methods for prediction of the crisis that would allow a high accuracy to predict the state of crisis or bankruptcy of the enterprise.

    Economic practice shows that the first condition in preparation of the enterprise for crisis is the creation of a crisisstrategic plan. Strategy of the enterprise represents, the complex economic category of functioning of the firm in direction of avoidance or/and overcoming the crisis.Strategy of crisis management permits the enterprise to identify in due time crisis, to understand its specificity minimizing its acuteness. Hence, we can affirm that the organization of strategic planning at the enterprise takes the central place in system of crisis management.
