ABORDAREA COMPLEXĂ PRIVIND PREVIZIUNEA CRIZEI LA ÎNTREPRINDERE

Abstract

One of the main objectives of crisis management at the enterprise is to anticipate and predict all adverse situations that may affect the business. It should be noted, however, that not all existing methods for forecasting the crisis expresses a vision, full of it, not all can be applied in the Republic of Moldova, respectively; they can’t provide the appropriate results. This makes it very current issue of choosing methods of forecasting the business crisis, methods that would allow in time to identify and understand all the factors, symptoms and causes that can bring enterprise economy in crisis.
