Individuals have the right to enter and remove from the territory of the Republic of Moldova goods in accordance with law no. 1569 of 20-12-2002 on the manner of introduction and removal of goods from the territory of the Republic of Moldova by individuals, the Customs Code and other normative acts regulating the crossing of goods across the customs border.
