Abstract
The resident natural person represents a citizen of the Republic of Moldova, a foreign citizen or stateless person who has a permanent place of residence in the Republic of Moldova, which is confirmed by the respective documents.
Individuals have the right to enter and remove from the territory of the Republic of Moldova goods in accordance with law no. 1569 of 20-12-2002 on the manner of introduction and removal of goods from the territory of the Republic of Moldova by individuals, the Customs Code and other normative acts regulating the crossing of goods across the customs border.Individuals ha
ve the right to enter, ship and withdraw in / from the Republic of Moldova foreign exchange values without paying import and export duties.
