Item RESURSELE NATURALE ALE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA: PROBLEMELE GESTIONĂRII ŞI VALORIFICĂRII DURABILE(CEP USM, 2009) Florea, Serafim; Iacovlev, VladimirAlthough natural resources as well as human resources are at the base of economy development, their complex administration has not yet become a priority for Republic of Moldova. As a result, these resources are decreasing from the quantitative, qualitative and structural point of view. This fact promotes their extensive capitalization, which runs counter to the declared official policy of their continuing development. In order to improve the settlement of natural resources efficient usage/ exploitation, it is necessary to have them administered only by one state institution (and not by the five institutions existing now). This will organize the accountability of the whole process of the natural resources record and movement.Item UNELE ASPECTE ALE COMPETITIVITĂŢII ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNTULUI SUPERIOR DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA ÎN CONTEXTUL PREVEDERILOR PROCESULUI DE LA BOLOGNA(CEP USM, 2008) Florea, SerafimThe changes taking place in the university education according to the provisions of Bologna Process can be successful only in case all problems of the education are entirely solved, starting with pre-university educational system. The extensive development of higher education, which is currently taking place due to tuition fees being paid by citizens working abroad, has several drawbacks, all leading to insufficient quality of education for at least one half of the total number of students. In this situation the interests of students do not entirely coincide with the regulation and direct the university education towards higher quality, the state contribution to its financing should be increasing and should dominate.Item DEZVOLTAREA SOCIAL-ECONOMICĂ TERITORIALĂ DURABILĂ ŞI ESENŢA EI(CEP USM, 2007) Florea, SerafimThe elaboration of any country’s strategy for sustainable development is an imperative of the present time. This article proposes a variant of such development, based on multifunctional analysis. It emphasizes that development is most heavily influenced by human and ecological factors, which are directly or indirectly tangent to numerous other factors of similar meaning.
