RESURSELE NATURALE ALE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA: PROBLEMELE GESTIONĂRII ŞI VALORIFICĂRII DURABILE

Abstract

Although natural resources as well as human resources are at the base of economy development, their complex administration has not yet become a priority for Republic of Moldova. As a result, these resources are decreasing from the quantitative, qualitative and structural point of view. This fact promotes their extensive capitalization, which runs counter to the declared official policy of their continuing development. In order to improve the settlement of natural resources efficient usage/ exploitation, it is necessary to have them administered only by one state institution (and not by the five institutions existing now). This will organize the accountability of the whole process of the natural resources record and movement.
