    The objective of this paper is to examine the influence and importance of human resources on the economic security of the Republic of Moldova, specifically focusing on the roles of education, skills, and health in shaping the country's economic stability and prosperity. Its originality lies in its dedicated exploration of how human resources directly impact economic security in Moldova. By analyzing demographics, education, and healthcare, it presents fresh perspectives on how investments in human capital influence the nation's economic stability and growth prospects. The significance of this paper lies in its investigation of how human resources affect Moldova's economic security. By emphasizing the interaction between education, skills development, and healthcare with economic stability, it provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders to promote sustainable development and prosperity in the country.The materials and methods employed in this study involved conducting statistical analysis of demographic, educational, and economic indicators from the Republic of Moldova spanning the years 2018 to 2022, utilizing official data sources. Additionally, documentary analysis comprised consulting pertinent documents and reports. The study materials were supplemented with tables and specific examples to demonstrate their significance and impact.In conclusion, human resources are essential for Moldova's development. Investing in education, training, and healthcare is vital for achieving economic and social prosperity. Despite experiencing positive growth from 2018 to 2022, challenges such as inflation and labor migration persist. Therefore, prioritizing human capital development is crucial for sustaining progress.

    Criza energetică ca factor de declanșare a unei noi viziuni de securitate economică

    Scopul acestei teme este de a investiga modul în care criza energetică poate influența perspectiva asupra securității economice și de a analiza modalitățile în care statele pot dezvolta strategii noi pentru a gestiona și preveni astfel de crize în viitor. Originalitatea acestei teme constă în abordarea interdisciplinară a relației dintre criza energetică și securitatea economică, evidențiind modul în care perturbările în sectorul energetic pot afecta stabilitatea economică și securitatea națională.De asemenea, tema explorează posibilele soluții și strategii inovatoare pentru a gestiona și preveni crizele energetice, având în vedere impactul lor asupra economiilor moderne. Importanța temei rezidă în evidențierea impactului major al crizei energetice asupra securității economice a unei țări și în necesitatea dezvoltării strategiilor eficiente pentru gestionarea și prevenirea acestor crize, contribuind astfel la stabilizarea economiei și asigurarea securității naționale. Materialele și metodele utilizate în această lucrare au inclus cercetarea bibliografică, analiza datelor statistice, consultarea experților din domeniile energetic și economic, precum și utilizarea modelelor economice și a simulărilor. Aceste abordări au fost integrate pentru a analiza impactul crizei energetice asupra securității economice și pentru a dezvolta strategii eficiente de gestionare a acesteia. În concluzie, criza energetică servește ca un catalizator pentru o nouă viziune asupra securității economice. Aceasta subliniază necesitatea diversificării surselor de energie, a investițiilor în infrastructura energetică și a promovării eficienței energetice. O abordare corespunzătoare a acestei probleme poate consolida stabilitatea economică și poate asigura o aprovizionare energetică durabilă și reziliență în viitor.

    EVALUATION OF THE TERRITORIAL PROFILE OF SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

    The research delves into the „Territorial Profile Analysis of Sustainable Economic Development”, focusing on the municipalities of Chișinău and Bălți in the Republic of Moldova for the year 2022. Through a methodologically diverse approach encompassing analytical, comparative, and statistical methods, the study examines key indicators such as GDP per capita, unemployment rate, average income, infrastructure, access to education and healthcare, and the industrial and commercial sector. Results indicate significant economic disparities, with Chișinău exhibiting a more robust economic environment, characterized by higher GDP per capita, lower unemployment, and elevated average income. Furthermore, Chișinău surpasses Bălți in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and the industrial and commercial sector. The synthetic index calculation reaffirms Chisinau’s superior economic development. This study underscores the complexity of factors influencing sustainable economic development and provides valuable insights for policymakers, emphasizing the need for comprehensive strategies to address regional disparities and foster nationwide prosperity.

    The COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed our lives. As a result, many industries suffered. One of them is tourism. Companies that have developed distribution channels for services/products on the Internet have felt the effects of the corona virus to a much lesser extent. Tourism is another branch of the economy that is increasingly visible on the Internet. Digitization is an inevitable phenomenon. Such an unexpected event as a Sars-CoV-2 epidemic only reinforces the view that many companies need to go digital. Of course, in a sector like tourism, you can't travel online, but there are many processes that can be streamlined online. You can improve service convenience, communication and increase sales. You can also customize the offer and approach the customer individually. The rapid pace of IT innovation over the past decade, often referred to as the Digital Revolution, has completely changed the way businesses operate. Tourism is one of the first sectors to embrace digitalization through online sales of flights and hotel rooms. The rise of online travel agents (OTAs) is one of the most spectacular examples of the digital transformation of distribution channels in the tourism industry

    Actualmente, la nivel fundamental, „Logistica și Supply Chain Management” sau „managementul lanțului de aprovizionare” (SCM) constă în gestionarea fluxului de mărfuri, date și finanțe referitoare la un produs sau serviciu, de la achiziționarea de materii prime până la livrarea produsului la destinația finală. Din punct de vedere istoric, SCM se referă la creșterea eficienței și reducerea costurilor. Deși aceste nevoi nu s-au schimbat, s-a modificat însă faptul potrivit căruia clientul joacă acum un rol frontal și central în stabilirea priorităților SCM.
