    Purpose of the article: is to determine and discuss advantages and disadvantages to using artificial intelligence (AI) services in tourism and hospitality. Robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) are growing and advancing in tourism and hospitality industry that are considered one of the first industries to adopt them. Most travel agencies, tourist companies, airlines, hotels, restaurants, museums, car rental and resorts expected to perform their business accurately and efficiently and to bring great benefits providing high quality customer services on the base of AI technologies. The most important discussed question is: Does AI bring threats or opportunities for tourism and hospitality industry?

Every company is required to develop tools that can be implemented into the online environment. The push that has forced companies into the internet format has spawned in itself a new trend in marketing – e-marketing.

    PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TOURISM IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

    This article presents the prospects for the development of rural tourism in the Republic of Moldova. Its aim is to analyze and identify the forms of active tourism in the Republic of Moldova and its correlation with rural tourism, as well as to make a comparative analysis of rural tourism with other countries. For the development of rural tourism, it is worth mentioning that it is a rather new and promising branch of tourism activity, the essence of which lies in the fact that almost all tourism services in rural areas are provided by the inhabitants of these villages, from accommodation and food services to recreation. In the context of developing the prospects for rural tourism, it is necessary to analyze the statistical data and indicate in general terms the forms of tourist activity taking place on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. One of the main advantages of rural tourism development in the Republic of Moldova relates to the development of the rural sector.

All of this tires one out, and there is a growing need for a quiet and peaceful place, without the usual hustle and bustle, where one can feel relaxed. Rural tourism is a great way to meet these needs. Today, rural tourism is a fast-growing branch of tourism on account of the fad for environmentalism, care for nature and digital detox.

    This article contains theoretical-methodological aspects regarding the microeconomic approach of the innovation potential in the economic security system. The main theoretical approaches related to the structure of the innovative potential of the economic entity and its infrastructure assistance system were also detailed. The aim of the research is to analyse and generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of the innovation potential and development of economic security of economic systems at the microeconomic level. In this context, the microeconomic approach reflects that not all the resources that the entity intends to use in its development, but only that part of them that can be used to increase the volume or improve the quality of the final product.

    Prezentul ghid metodic a fost elaborat cu scopul de a facilita și a organiza procesul de efectuare a practicii de specialitate. Este destinat studenților secțiilor cu frecvență la zi și cu frecvență redusă și include sugestii practice privind efectuarea stagiului de practică de specialitate și expunerea corectă a raportului practicii conform cerințelor existente. Fiecare compartiment conține tabelele obligatorii pentru elaborarea și analiza acestora.
