FENOMENUL VIOLENȚEI ÎN FAMILIE. CAUZALITATEA ȘI CONSECINȚELE CLIMATULUI FAMILIAL VIOLENT
    (2021) Cebotari, Olesea

    (CEP USM, 2022-09-30) Samoilenco, Victoria
The lack of preventive measures and political initiatives as well as the indifference of society to the victimization of children leads us to believe that the Republic of Moldova is characterized as a state that tolerates the victimization of minors - this thesis constitutes the hypothesis of our analytical research. The results of the research are expressed in the following theses: 1) in the Republic of Moldova, children are victimized in the family environment as well as in the institutional environment, through positive actions (abuse, violence, etc.) and through inaction (negligence); 2) the political will and the social initiative towards solving the problems related to the victimization of children in the Republic of Moldova are in the area of an immense obscurity that must be urgently overcome if the people living in the Republic of Moldova want a better life, a more prosperous society and even the continuity of their state; 3) regarding the victimization of minors as a result of criminal acts, society and the state authorities act with indifference both on the level of prevention and on the level related to the legal resolution of cases in a correct manner; 4) a significant problem for the Republic of Moldova is the criminal victimization of children by the caregiving factor (especially parents) but also the brutality of such cases, this fact indicating a high level of dehumanization of society.

COMPORTAMENTELE MANIPULATORII ÎN RAPORTUL RELAȚIONAL „ADULT-COPIL”
(CEP USM, 2022-09-30) Grama(Timotin), Mariana; Timotin, Victoria
Most parents try raise their children the way they think is best, loving them and giving them what they need. However, sometimes the adopted strategies fail. It’s normal, because we’re not perfect and we can’t always do things “by the book”. As long as the mistake is identified and subsequently corrected, things are under control. But there is a special category of parents, namely those who constantly apply methods that are harmful to their children, manipulate their children. We are not talking about occasional mistakes that are corrected but about behaviors that are maintained over time. It is good know that and kind of behavior that emotionally damages the child or causes trauma is toxic behavior. Similarly, children, in order to satisfy their own interests, can manipulate their parents, grandparents or other adults who can solve some or other problems for them.

EXPLOATAREA SEXUALĂ A MINORILOR-PROXENETISM, PROSTITUȚIE ȘI ABUZ
    (CEP USM, 2022-09-30) Hamâc, Diana
A Child – is an adolescent, he/she represents the youth, it`s boy or girl in the first years of his/shes life, it is a naive person without any life experience. This are some definitions of the word Child. The child is that nucleus, that sprout, that needs a huge ammount of support, help and safety that can be provided by his parents, neighbor, a friend, or a random person and by society in general. The Child must not know sadness, pain, mistreatment and mockery. These experiences come in opposition to a proper, humane development of a child into a conscious adult. And such experiences as Sexual Exploitation of Minors-Pimping, Prostitution and Abuse which unfortunately take place nowadays, represent a precipice of global society.
